Your bank is the one who declined your payment. Please check with your bank, or contact us for further payment options.
Yes! You will be able to print your certificate after completing the course. If you do not have a printer available, you may log back in on any computer with a printer and print your certificate. We also fax a copy of your certificate to the court you selected at registration. Also, a copy of your certificate is sent to your email address.
Please contact our office and we will change the name of the court for you and re-fax your certificate to that court.
No! There are eight modules to complete, with a test after each module. If you fail the test, you may retake it until you successfully complete the test.
We have a database of over 700 questions. If each question was addressed individually, the course would take several hours to complete. The questions that are not addressed in a module are usually basic knowledge questions that a driver should already know.
The cost is $50 and may be paid with a credit/debit card, money order, PayPal or Venmo.

The course is designed to take 4 hours, but by virtue of the fact that it is online, you may be able to complete the course sooner.
No! Once you have registered, you may start and stop the course as often as you need to until you complete the course.
You may use anyone's email account with their permission, or you may type "none" in the space provided for your email.
You make up a password that is used specifically for this course. Your email and password is used to log on and off the course. If you forget your password, please give us a call and we will assist you.
